Jacquey
has been working in the travel industry since 1984 and has owned
and operated Gippsland Travel since 1988.
Jacquey conducts overseas personally escorted tours three to four times a year and they are very popular, traveling to fantastic and diverse destinations such as India, Russia, Cambodia and Canada to mention but a few. Jacquey finds these tours a really enjoyable aspect of her career.
Cruising
remains a favourite holiday offering interesting destinations without
having to unpack the suitcase everyday. |

Debbie has worked in the Travel Industry since 1994. Having travelled to many destinations she finds it difficult to choose an absolute favorite.
Most recently visited favorites include Africa, Egypt and Singapore. So many countries so little time!! “I think it is the local culture I find most interesting along with the traditional foods!” |

Jacinta Anderson - Senior Travel Consultant
Jacinta started her travel career in 1994 in Warragul and has spent most of her career working in Melbourne with both leisure and corporate clientele.
Her favourite destinations would be Egypt and Turkey having visited these places extensively.
She has also traveled to Dubai , the USA , UK/Europe and numerous Asian destinations.
Her most recent trip was on the Pacific Star in February cruising around New Caledonia and Vanuatu which was she says was fantastic as everything is included and you don't have to do anything except relax and enjoy yourself. Great trip for families, couples and singles alike. |

Virginia Robertson-Edgar - Travel Consultant
Virginia has spent many years as a tour escort travelling all over the world and after having moved to the area several years ago, she joined us as a part time consultant.
Virginia's favourite destinations are Africa, Paris, New York and of course many parts of Australia. |

Claire Bridle - Travel Consultant/Book keeper
Claire has lived in Warragul for 4 years and joined the Team in December 2004. Claire brings with her 9 years of travel industry knowledge and loves the variety of destinations that Gippsland Travel's Clients choose to experience.
Recently, Claire visited Phuket to see how amazingly it has recovered and more recently travelled to Japan. Within Japan, the JR rail pass is highly recommended for ease of travelling around and suggests organised guided day trips for sightseeing. |

Michelle Gibbins - Travel Consultant
Michelle recently moved to the Gippsland area and joined the team in August 2007. Her extensive experience includes working for a major wholesale travel company in Melbourne and she has also travelled to Europe, Vietnam, Cambodia and New Zealand. Michelle has recently checked out San Francisco and enjoyed the wide variety of activities, sights and sounds in this great city including cycling around the bay.
While she has loved everywhere she has visited, Michelle was particularly taken with Turkey and Vietnam. |

Deb Stennings - Travel Consultant
Deb started her travel career in 1999 and soon afterwards headed overseas to continue working in the travel industry in the UK. For the next couple of years, she continued further work in the industry while travelling through Europe and Asia.
After a short stint at home, Deb headed to the US to work in New York and then moved to Colorado, where she continued her travel career for the next six years. Having visited many countries, the ski slopes of Colorado still remains a highlight.
With nearly 10 years travelling behind her, Deb has recently returned to Australia to buy a house. She Joined Gippsland Travel in April 2008 and is very much looking forward to heading to Hong Kong in November |

Tanille Amiet - Travel Consultant
Tanille has been working in the Travel Industry since September 2006 and joined the team at Gippsland Travel in December 2007.
Tanille has already travelled to various destinations overseas including Bali, Malaysia, Thailand, Fiji as well as within Australia. One of her favorite aspects of travel is wandering around the local markets and experiencing each countries local culture.

Naomi Hogben - Trainee Travel Consultant
Naomi joined the team at Gippsland Travel in November 2007 and has nearly completed her Certificate III “In Tourism International Retail Travel Sales”.
Naomi has recently visited Thailand and was overwhelmed and excited with the culture and cuisine. She says although experiencing a white Christmas in Canada which was wonderful, travelling to tropical destinations like the Cook Islands and Hawaii still remain her favourite. She has gained great experiences and knowledge through her travels and is learning more through her studies and working with a knowledgeable team at Gippsland Travel.

Jan Darby - Receptionist
Jan has been a local for 18 years and has worked in the media, in particular marketing, for the past 30 years.
An avid traveler, Jan has had first-hand experience in world travel, having toured extensively in Australia, the British Isles, Europe, Southeast Asia, Pacific Islands, Greek Islands, United States, Canada and Alaska, with the highlight being travelling through East Africa.
